Using Backroom
Backroom is a free community for memecoin builders and traders. By using it you agree to these terms and to the house rules. You must be old enough to use services like this where you live.
Your content
You own what you post. By posting you let Backroom display it on the site. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share, and don't post other people's private information.
House rules
Follow the rules. Scams, undisclosed paid promotion, fake engagement, pump coordination and doxxing are banned. We may remove posts or accounts that break them, without notice.
Not financial advice
Posts are opinions from anonymous people. Nothing on Backroom, including anything about $BACKROOM, is financial, legal or investment advice. Crypto is risky. Do your own research before you buy, hire or pay anyone.
The $BACKROOM token
$BACKROOM is a memecoin for fun and community. It is not an investment, security, share or stake in Backroom, and it gives no right to profits, revenue, dividends, governance or anything from Backroom. Nobody should buy it expecting a profit. There is no promise of value, price, listings, liquidity, utility or a roadmap, and its price can go to zero. Backroom does not control its market and is not responsible for trading losses, scams, copycat tokens, smart contract bugs or anything a third party does with it. The only official contract address is the one shown on backroom.family; any other is not ours. Buying, selling or holding it is your own decision and your own risk, and it is your job to follow the laws where you live, including whether you may hold it at all.
Deals between users
Backroom never holds money and is not part of any deal. Hiring, payments and swaps happen between you and the other person, at your own risk. Backroom never asks for your wallet, seed phrase or signatures.
No guarantees
Backroom is provided as is. It may change, go down or lose data. To the extent the law allows, Backroom is not liable for losses from using the site or from dealing with other users.
Changes
We may update these terms. If you keep using Backroom after a change, you accept the new version.
